Program overview
TriFit Junior offers a challenging and fun after school program created for youth with wide range of fitness levels, skills and abilities. The design of the program and its location allows for creating challenging practices for all levels of fitness, from novice to advanced athletes. This is an on going, year round program set up in 10 weeks sessions.
The practices will include three main components: swimming, spinning and dry land workouts
Practice set up:
Mondays - 30 min of spinning followed by 30 min of dry land workout
Wednesdays - 30 min of swimming followed by 30 min of dry land workout
Note: recommended minimum swimming level is Red Cross Swim Kids 5
Cost
Full Program option - 10 weeks, twice a week (20 practices) = $240
Half Program option - 10 weeks, once a week (10 practices) = $140
Drop in option - $18 per practice
Note: The Half Program and Drop in options will only be allowed if all available spots are not taken by Full Program participants.
